Processing Your Order

     Orders received before 12:00 PM PST are processed and usually shipped that same
     day.  Orders received after that time will be processed, but shipped on the following
     business day.  There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Credit Card Verification

     XP Engineering reserves the right to request a written and signed confirmation from
     the customer via fax or mail, if we feel we might require it.  Failure to send this
     verification will result in a voided transaction.

Order Cancellations

     The customer has the right to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, unless
     the merchandise has already been shipped.  In such a case, the merchandise must
     be returned to us in its original wrappings and packaging, in perfect condition, and
     then we will refund the amount for the merchandise to the customer.  This does not
     include his/her shipping expenses.  For your protection, we will refund only the same
     credit card used for the original transaction.

     XP Engineering reserves the right to void any transaction at any given time.  In such
     a case, the customer's credit card will not be charged, or will be refunded.

Back Orders

     If for any reason we sell out of an item during the course of a day, we will remedy
     the situation as soon as possible.  In the event a product is backordered, we will
     notify the customer via email or telephone.  In the event of a customer canceling
     an order, the full amount will be refunded, and no transaction fee will apply.

     In the event an item becomes temporarily out of stuck, XP Engineering will provide
     the customer with an estimated date for shipping.  Sometimes, this date may not
     be accurate due to reasons beyond our control.  XP Engineering will not be held
     liable when such a situation arises.


     All shipping fees are indicated at the time of purchase.  XP Engineering uses UPS
     to ship all packages.  If this is not adequate, the customer may contact XP
     Engineering to arrange for special shipping options.

     The customer will be notified when a package has been shipped.  The customer has
     10 working days from the estimated date of arrival to alert us to the fact that the item
     has not been received.  After these 10 business days, XP Engineering is not
     responsible for the item, and will not reimburse/replace such merchandise.

     For security purposes, XP Engineering will not ship to a third party unless notified
     by the customer.  Such notification may be given by fax or telephone call.  

     All handling fees are included for all shipments.  All parcels ship via UPS.

     XP Engineering will ship International Orders, but special arrangements must be made.
     Please contact XP Engineering via email or call (714) 921-3BMW (3269) to make an
     International Order.


     In the event that we send out an item other than the one requested in the order by
     the customer, the customer must contact us with the details.  We will make
     arrangements to have the package shipped back to us, and we will send out the
     appropriate merchandise.

     In the event that an item is defective, or does not perform as it should, the customer
     must contact XP Engineering within 15 days of receiving it.  If XP Engineering is
     not notified within 15 days, our refund or replacement policy will be voided.  In most
     cases, each item carries a manufacturer's guarantee.  In such a case, the customer
     must contact the product's guarantor.  For other cases, the customer must ship
     back the items to us in the same wrappings and box it was sent in, and upon receiving
     it and examining it, we will refund the shipping amount to the customer, and send out
     a working replacement or refund the customer.

     XP Engineering will not refund or replace items that have been broken or damaged due
     to mishandling after opening and retrieving it from the package.


     XP Engineering will only exchange an item if the one sent was incorrect or defective.
     Any returns for reasons other than a misplaced order or a defective product will be
     subject to a 15% restocking fee.
